  • performance of the Controller's obligations under a contract with you;
  • compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Controller;
  • for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party;

            We collect and process the personal data you provide to us in connection with your use of the online store https://bultee.com and entering into a contract with the company, including for the following purposes:

  • identification of a party to the contract;
  • accounting purposes;

On this basis, we collect and process your personal data under Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Your data for sending an information newsletter is processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

It offers items with prints or embroidery based on a design chosen by the user. Through the way the website is organized, users are guaranteed that the goods they order are fully personalized according to their order and are not pre-produced. 

            Since the products desired and ordered by the consumer are manufactured by the company without engaging third parties, consumers’ personal data is not transferred or provided to anyone.

            The ordered products are shipped via a courier service. In this case, only the consumer’s name, address, and telephone number are provided to the selected courier for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations, with the applicable guarantees for protecting the provided personal data, in accordance with the contract between ДИ-МА 2024 ООД and the respective courier.

  1. How do we process your personal data?

            We use your data only for the purposes for which we collect it.

            The information log and the data contained in it are stored to ensure the security of our systems, so that a violation, attack, or unauthorized access to your personal data can be identified. We are unable to attribute a given log to a specific person. We do not compare information from one database with another database.

            The data you voluntarily provide to us is stored so that we can:

  • To process your orders;
  • when it is necessary to contact you to clarify your orders, delivery times, and delivery method.

            After achieving the purpose for which we collected your personal data and after performing or terminating the contract concluded between us, we undertake to destroy it immediately, unless there is a statutory retention period.

            Retention period for your personal data

            The data controller stores your personal data for no longer than the existence of your online store account or the completion of an order as a “Guest.” After your account has been deleted or the order has been successfully completed, the Controller takes the necessary steps to delete and destroy all your data without undue delay or anonymize it (i.e., render it in a form that does not reveal your identity).

            The data controller stores your personal data provided in connection with online orders for a period of 5 years, for the purpose of protecting the Controller’s legal interests in judicial or administrative disputes with online store consumers, while accounting documents are stored for the applicable statutory period.

            6.4. Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

  • You have the right to request the Controller to delete some or all personal data concerning you, and the Controller is obliged to delete them without undue delay when one of the grounds listed below applies:

* You withdraw your consent on which the processing of the data is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;

  • * If you exercise your right to be forgotten, the Company will delete all your data, except for the following information:

  • The Controller does not erase data that it is legally required to retain, including for its defense against legal claims brought against it or to establish its rights.

            6.5. Right to restriction

  • You have the right to ask the Controller to restrict the processing of data concerning you when:

* you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the Controller to verify its accuracy;

* the processing is unlawful, but you do not want the personal data to be erased and instead want its use to be restricted;

* The Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;

* You have objected to the processing pending verification of whether the Controller’s legitimate grounds override your interests.

            6.6. Right to receive information

            You may ask the Controller to inform you of all recipients to whom the personal data for which rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing has been requested have been disclosed.
