Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • The purchased product must not have been used or damaged;

  • The product must be returned in resalable condition, in its original packaging and with all tags attached;

  • The product must be accompanied by the relevant documents;

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product received does not correspond to the product ordered or where an error has occurred on our part.

⚠ The customer does not have the right to withdraw from an order that has been individually made according to their own design or personalized requirements.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
