These GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS govern the relations between ДИ-МА 2024 ООД, hereinafter referred to as https://bultee.com, on the one hand, and the Users of the web pages and services located at the domain https://bultee.com (hereinafter referred to as Users), on the other.
  ДИ-МА 2024 ООД is a company registered under the Commercial Act of the Republic of Bulgaria with UIC: 207864871, having its registered office and management address at: Novachene village 2147, HRISTO BOTEV St. N.1; email address: magazindimaood@gmail.com.

Please read the published General Terms and Conditions in full before using the information and commercial services offered by the website https://bultee.com (hereinafter briefly referred to as the Services). By viewing https://bultee.com/ each User automatically undertakes to comply with the conditions described below. 
    This document contains information about the activities of https://bultee.com and the general terms and conditions for using the services provided by https://bultee.com, governing the relationship between us and each of our users.
Confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions is a necessary and mandatory condition for concluding the contract between the User and https://bultee.com.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Art. 1 The Services provided by bultee.com to the User constitute information society services within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act. 
Art. 2. bultee.com.com is an online store accessible at https://bultee.com/, through which Users may conclude purchase and sale contracts for the goods offered by bultee.com.com.
(2) The goods offered by bultee.com are fully customized according to the User's order and are not pre-manufactured. 
IDENTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION. PERSONAL DATA
Art. 3 (1) bultee.com identifies Users of the website by storing log files on the server at https://bultee.com and the User's IP address.
(2) bultee.com has the right to collect and use information about Users after their registration. Information through which a person may be identified may include their first name, surname, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number, as well as any other information that the person voluntarily provides during registration. The information also includes any other information that the User enters, uses, or provides when using the Services provided by
bultee.com.
Art. 4 (1) bultee.com exercises due care and is responsible for protecting the information about the User that becomes known to it in connection with the registration covered by these Terms and Conditions, except in cases of force majeure, an accidental event, or malicious acts by third parties.
(2) In the registration form completed by the User during registration, bultee.com indicates whether providing the data is mandatory or voluntary and the consequences of refusing to provide it. By consenting to these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that their information may be processed in accordance with the procedure set out herein. 
(3) The limitations under paragraph 1 do not apply if bultee.com becomes legally obligated to provide the User’s personal information to the relevant competent government authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Art. 5 (1) bultee.com collects and uses the information referred to in Art. 4 for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions, as well as to offer the User new goods and/or services (free of charge or paid). The purposes for which the information is used are not exhaustively listed and do not create obligations for bultee.com.
(2) By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of this agreement and direct marketing.

Art. 6 (1) The User may register by completing the relevant electronic registration form, available in real time (online) on the bultee.com website, expressing consent to these Terms and Conditions and declaring that they have legal capacity.
(2) By clicking the virtual “Registration” button, which has the force of written confirmation of the Terms and Conditions, the User makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring that they are familiar with these Terms and Conditions, accept them, and undertake to comply with them. Upon being recorded on an appropriate medium on the bultee.com server using a generally accepted technical conversion standard that enables its reproduction, the electronic statement acquires the status of an electronic document within the meaning of the aforementioned Act. bultee.com may store the User’s IP address in log files on its server, as well as any other information necessary to identify the User and reproduce their electronic statement accepting the Terms and Conditions in the event of a legal dispute. The text of these Terms and Conditions is available online on the bultee.com website in a manner that allows it to be stored and reproduced. 
(3) When completing the registration application, the User is required to provide complete and accurate information regarding their identity (for individuals), legal status (for legal entities), and other data required by the bultee.com electronic form, and to update it within 7 (seven) days of any change. The User declares that they agree to provide the personal data requested in this manner, warranting that the data provided during registration is true, complete, and accurate, and that they will update it promptly if it changes. If false data is provided, bultee.com has the right to immediately and without notice terminate or suspend the provision of services and the maintenance of the User's registration.
Art. 7 (1) Upon registration, the User receives a unique username and password for access to the services available through the bultee.com website. 
(2) The username with which the User registers grants no other rights apart from the right to use that specific username within the bultee.com online store.
(3) A person registering as a representative of a legal entity must enter their full name and address, or the name of the legal entity they represent. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, they warrant and confirm that they have a contractual relationship with the registered user company. If incorrect or misleading information is entered, the party forfeits the right to access the services of the bultee.com website.
(4) The User is obliged to exercise all due care and take all reasonably necessary measures to protect their password, not disclose it to third parties, and immediately notify bultee.com in the event of unauthorized access, or if there is a likelihood or suspicion of such access. The User bears the responsibility and risk for protecting their password and for all actions carried out by them or by a third party using their password. 
Art. 8 (1) The User has the right to access the services provided through the bultee.com website online, subject to the access conditions and requirements established by bultee.com. To use the services, the User must enter their username and password.
(2) The User has the right to access and correct their personal data provided during registration online.

ORDER
Art. 9 (1) Users use the interface of the bultee.com website to conclude sales contracts for the products offered by bultee.com in the online store. 
(2) The sales contract for a product is deemed concluded upon confirmation of the order by bultee.com.
(3) If a particular product is unavailable, bultee.com reserves the right to refuse the order. 
Art. 10 (1) To place a successful order, the User must complete the following steps:
Select the product color.
2. Select the product size.
3. Add the product to the cart. 
4. Choose a registration method (without registration / with registration on the website).
5. Enter your details (first and last name, email, phone number, delivery to a SPEEDY/ЕCONТ office or an address, and the SPEEDY/ЕCONТ office).
In the cart, you can see the price of the products you selected, the delivery fee, and the total amount you need to pay. Payment is made by cash on delivery (payment to the courier upon delivery) or by card. If you have instructions or comments regarding the order, you can enter them in the relevant field. 
7. Press the “ORDER” button to finalize your order.
(2) Upon completion of the order, the following message is displayed: “Your order was accepted successfully!”.
(3) When placing an order, the User receives an email confirmation that their order has been accepted.
PRICES
Art. 11 (1) The prices of products offered in the online store are those listed on the “bultee.com” website at the time the order is placed, except in cases of obvious error.
(2) Product prices include VAT where its application is предусмотрено. 
Art. 12 “bultee.com” reserves the right to change the prices of products offered in the online store at any time and without notice; such changes will not affect orders already placed.
Art. 13 (1) “bultee.com” may offer discounts on products available in the online store in accordance with Bulgarian legislation and the rules determined by “bultee.com”. The rules applicable to such discounts are available where the discount is displayed. Discounts may be offered in various forms (e.g., promotions, loyalty discounts, provided individually, at random, or as a result of participation in a competition or customer survey).
(2) Different types of discounts cannot be combined when ordering and purchasing the same product.

PAYMENT
Art. 14 When the User returns a product with the right to a refund of the amount paid for any reason, the refundable price is reduced by the value of the discount received and applied to the product, and only the amount actually paid is subject to refund.
Art. 15 (1) The User may pay for the ordered goods using, at their discretion, one of the options listed on the website. Payment on https://bultee.com/ can be made by cash on delivery or by card.
(2) If the User chooses courier delivery and payment by cash on delivery, they must pay the price of the ordered items together with the delivery fee to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
Article 16 If the Consumer selects a payment method involving a third-party payment service provider, the Consumer may be bound by that third party’s provisions and terms and/or fees. 
Article 17 “https://bultee.com” shall not be liable if a payment method involving a third-party payment service provider is unavailable or otherwise fails to function for reasons that cannot be attributed to the fault of “https://bultee.com”.

DELIVERY
Article 18 (1) The ordered goods shall be delivered by courier to an office or delivery address specified by the Consumer within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery shall be at the Consumer’s expense unless otherwise expressly indicated at https://bultee.com.
    (2) Before dispatching the ordered goods, “bultee.com” has the right to contact the Consumer at the telephone number provided by them in order to clarify details regarding the order and/or delivery.
    (3) “bultee.com” shall not be liable for failure to fulfill an order when the Consumer has provided false, incomplete, and/or inaccurate personal data, including an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address or telephone number.
(4) If the Consumer has ordered goods that they have not collected or accepted from the courier, they shall compensate “bultee.com” for the expenses incurred. 
     
Article 19 (1) Deliveries are made within 24 to 48 hours after completion of the order or in accordance with the delivery schedule of the courier used by bultee.com for the relevant locality.
(2) In exceptional circumstances, “bultee.com” reserves the right to extend the delivery period, provided that it promptly informs the Consumer. 
Article 20 The ordered goods shall be delivered against signature. 
Article 21 The Consumer is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and immediately notify “bultee.com” of any discrepancies, shortages, or damage identified. If the Consumer fails to do so, the delivery shall be deemed accepted without objection.
Article 22 (1) For international deliveries, the delivery and shipment-receipt rules of the relevant national postal service, as well as the national legislation of the country in which the recipient of the goods is located, shall apply.
(2) All import duties incurred upon importation of the goods shall be borne by the Consumer. The Consumer may not request a refund if they have refused to pay the import duties or to accept the shipment. 
Article 23 “bultee.com” reserves the right to change the available delivery and payment methods and/or their terms at any time by publishing the available delivery and payment methods on the website without further notice.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND REPLACEMENT
Article 24 (1) The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason and without owing compensation or a penalty within 14 days, starting from the date on which the Consumer or a third party accepts the goods.
(2) To exercise the right under this clause, the Consumer must unequivocally notify “bultee.com” of the decision to withdraw from the contract, identifying the goods they wish to return by providing all details of the completed order and delivery, including, but not limited to: the contents and value of the order, the details of the person who placed the order, the details of the person who accepted the delivery, and the delivery date.
(3) “bultee.com ” publishes a contract withdrawal form on its website. 
(4) To exercise the right of withdrawal, “bultee.com ” provides the Consumer with the option to complete and submit the standard withdrawal form or another unequivocal statement electronically through the website. In such cases, “bultee.com ” shall immediately send the Consumer confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium.
(5) The Consumer must return the goods at their own expense, together with the cash receipt, the receipt for the accepted cash transfer issued by the courier, and the invoice, if any, by delivering them to “bultee.com” or a person authorized by it, within 14 days of the date on which the Consumer exercised the right of withdrawal from the contract.
(6) Upon return, the goods must be in their original packaging, with no signs of use or damage to their marketable appearance.
(7) “bultee.com ” is entitled to postpone reimbursement of the payments until it has received the goods back or until the Consumer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs earlier.
(8) If the Consumer fails to fulfill the obligation under paragraph 5 without notifying “bultee.com” of the delay and without providing a valid reason for it, the Consumer shall be deemed to have withdrawn the statement exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract.
(9) If, in connection with the performance of the contract, “bultee.com ” has incurred expenses and the Consumer withdraws from the contract, “bultee.com ” is entitled to retain the corresponding amount for the expenses incurred or to demand payment of those expenses. 
Article 25 (1) The Consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract where its subject matter is goods made to the Consumer’s individual specifications.
Pursuant to Article 57, item 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for these goods (return within 14 days).
(2) The Consumer is obliged to collect their order within 6 days from the date of the order. If they do not collect it, bultee.com has the right to notify the public through groups for dishonest consumers on social media about the dishonesty of the consumer in question.

WARRANTIES AND COMPLAINTS
Art. 27 (1) The Consumer has the right to submit a complaint regarding any non-conformity of the goods with the agreed/ordered specifications when, after delivery, non-conformities with the sales contract are discovered.
(2) The Consumer is not entitled to submit a complaint if they ordered a size that is unsuitable for them. A size chart in centimeters is provided for each product.
Art. 28 Any non-conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract that becomes apparent within 6 months after delivery shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless it is proven that the lack of conformity is due to the nature of the goods or the nature of the non-conformity.
Art. 29 The Consumer may not dispute the conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract if, when entering into the contract, they knew or could not have been unaware of the non-conformity;

Art. 30 (1) The Consumer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the goods, regardless of whether the manufacturer or trader has provided a commercial warranty for the goods or service.
(2) When the complaint is resolved by replacing the goods with other goods conforming to the agreement, “bultee.com” shall preserve the consumer’s original warranty terms.
Art. 31 (1) When submitting a complaint regarding goods, the consumer may request a refund of the amount paid, replacement of the goods with other goods conforming to the agreement, or a price reduction.
(2) The complaint shall be submitted via the following email address: magazindimaood@gmail.com. 
(3) When submitting a complaint, the consumer shall specify the subject of the complaint, their preferred method of resolving it, the amount claimed, and a contact address, telephone number, and email address.
(4) When submitting a complaint, the consumer must also provide the documents on which the claim is based, namely:
cash receipt or invoice;
2. reports, statements, or other documents establishing that the goods or service do not conform to the agreed terms;
3. other documents establishing the claim as to its grounds and amount.
Art. 33 (1) “bultee.com” maintains a register of complaints submitted. A document is sent to the Consumer at the email address provided by them, stating the complaint number from the register and the type of goods. 
When “bultee.com” accepts the complaint, it issues an acknowledgment thereof, drawn up in two copies, and is required to provide one copy to the Consumer.
Article 34 (1) In the event of a valid complaint, “bultee.com ” shall bring the goods into conformity with the sales agreement within one month of the User filing the complaint. 
Article 35 (1) If the consumer goods do not conform to the sales agreement and the User is not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint, the User shall have the right to choose one of the following options:
1. termination of the agreement and refund of the amount paid by the User;
2. reduction in the price.
(2) The User may not claim a refund of the amount paid or a reduction in the price of the goods when the Trader agrees to replace the consumer goods with new goods or repair the goods within one month of the User filing the complaint.
(3) The Trader shall grant a request to terminate the agreement and refund the amount paid by the consumer when, after having remedied the lack of conformity through three repairs of the same goods within the warranty period, the goods again fail to conform to the sales agreement.
(4) The User may not claim termination of the agreement if the lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the agreement is minor.
UNILATERAL TERMINATION
Article 36 “bultee.com” shall have the right, at its discretion and without notice, to unilaterally terminate the agreement if it determines that the services provided are being used in violation of these General Terms and Conditions, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, or generally accepted standards of morality.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Article 37 (1) The intellectual property rights to all materials and resources located on the “bultee.com” website (including the available databases) are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, belong to “bultee.com” or to the person expressly indicated as having granted bultee.com the right of use, and may not be used in violation of applicable law.
(2) In the event of copying or reproducing information beyond what is permitted, as well as any other infringement of the intellectual property rights in “bultee.com”’s resources, “bultee.com” shall be entitled to claim compensation in full for the direct and indirect damages incurred.
(3) Except where expressly agreed otherwise, the User may not reproduce, modify, delete, publish, distribute, or otherwise disseminate the information resources published on the “bultee.com” website.
Article 38 (1) “bultee.com” shall exercise due care to ensure that the User has normal access to the services provided.
(2) “bultee.com” reserves the right to discontinue access to the services provided. “bultee.com” has the right, but not the obligation, at its discretion to delete information resources and materials published on its website. 
TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
Art. 39 (1) In addition to the cases provided for in these General Terms and Conditions, the contract between the parties shall also terminate upon discontinuation of the activities of “bultee.com” or termination of maintenance of its website.
Art. 40 Except in the cases specified above, either party may terminate this contract by giving the other party one week’s notice in the event of failure to perform the obligations under the contract.
Art. 41 The written form of the contract shall be deemed satisfied by sending a message by email, clicking an electronic button on a page containing content completed or selected by the Consumer, or checking a box on the website, and other similar actions, provided that the statement is technically recorded in a manner that allows it to be reproduced.
