All deliveries are carried out by the courier company Econt Express. Each shipment is sent with the option “Inspection – see before paying the cash on delivery and accepting the shipment” in the presence of the courier. If the goods are damaged, the courier is required to prepare a bilateral report in your presence, which will guarantee that your order is fulfilled again.
Delivery is free for all orders over (69.99 euros.)
The delivery cost for orders worth up to (99 euros.) is determined according to the selected delivery method and the total value of the ordered goods.
Please note that almost all the items we offer are made to order. Orders are produced and shipped nationwide within 2 to 5 business days. They are delivered on the next business or Saturday day (except for villages where there are special delivery days).
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or official public holidays.
The receipt for the accepted money transfer issued by the courier replaces a cash receipt and may certify the purchase made, pursuant to Ordinance No. Н-18 of 2006, Article 3, “Registration and reporting of sales made.” Keep the document certifying payment, as it is necessary in the event of cancellation of the order or a complaint.
bultee is not responsible for delayed shipments when the delay is due to the courier company. In the event of such a delay, the customer’s claims should be addressed to the respective company.

Ordered products may remain for up to 7 days at EKONT.
After this period, the shipment is returned to us. Please observe this deadline. Customers who place fraudulent orders and do not collect their shipment within this 7-day period are blocked from using the services of bultee for the future.
