All deliveries are carried out by the courier company Econt Express. Each shipment is sent with the "Preview - see before paying the cash on delivery and accepting the shipment" option in the presence of a courier. In case the goods are damaged, the courier is obliged to write a bilateral protocol in your presence, which will guarantee the re-execution of your order.
Delivery is free for all orders over (69.99 EUR).
The delivery cost for orders up to (99 EUR) is determined depending on the chosen delivery method and the total value of the ordered goods.
Please note that almost all items we offer are made to order. Orders are produced and shipped nationwide within 2 to 5 business days. They are delivered on the next business day or Saturday (with the exception of villages where there are special delivery days).
Deliveries are not made on Sundays and official holidays.
The receipt for accepted money transfer, issued by the courier, replaces a cash receipt and can certify the purchase made, in accordance with Ordinance No. H-18 of 2006, Art. 3 for "Registration and accounting of sales made. Keep the document certifying the payment, as it is necessary in case of order cancellation or complaint.
Bultee is not responsible for delayed shipments if the delay is due to the courier company. In case of such a delay, the customer's claims should be addressed to the respective company.

Ordered products can stay up to 7 days at EKONT.
After this period, the shipment is returned to us. Please adhere to this deadline. Users who place fake orders and do not pick up their shipment within this 7-day period will be blocked from using bultee's services in the future.
